Sorrow's Spell

Woman wounded, standing strong.

Love infinite, right or wrong.

Goals besotted by the guns,

Still he is the only one.

Can he see the sacrifice?

Can she believe it will suffice?

Separated by these plans,

Costly choosing of this man.

Division added, trying to gain,

Wisdom that can break this chain.

Constant vigilance around the two,

Standing ready to rejoice or rue.

Season's pass will show the truth,

When man will seek a goodly soothe.

A path and person should he seek,

To let no tear dare stain her cheek.

Woman troubled, woman's bane,

Pass this test and you shall gain.

No more wand'ring shall ensue,

For love is given, pure and true.
